VISION

The GADC  perspectivates a Mozambique in progress and in changing, an integrated socio economic development within the community whereby the efforts of civil society and the different actors and specially, the energy and willingness of the youth are the power to potenciate options of development that contribute primarily for the absolute poverty eradication within the rural community.

MISSION

Considering this vision the GADC is compromised with the promotion of initiative and activities for the community development counting with the intervention of various actors in the socio economic life of Mozambique in general and for woman and youth in particular.

At this scope the GADC seeks to contribute continually for the integrated and sustainable development of rural communities:

• Incentivating a open dialogue, debates and reflection on socio economic development within rural communities;
• Betting in the increased value and capacity development and role of the communities, and partnership with based association and similar in the reduction of socio economic problem that concerns the community.
• Implementing activities with impact in the socio economic development of rural community and advocacy of policies and development strategies with relation to it;
•  
• Participating in the creation of capacity building for the building for the community local organization,
• Developing the volunteer service in Mozambique.

BENEFICIARES

• Children and young people deserving of special attention because of their role, situation and level of vulnerability
•  Poor and vulnerable grass roots communities ( affected by the phenomenon of social exclusion, such as the elderly, the disabled, and the unemployed);
